Ikebana International Manila Chapter 108 is honored to invite you to the 16th Asian Regional Conference, which will be held from October 01 to 04, 2026, at Conrad Manila.
The theme we have chosen is Sama-sama, a Filipino word that means “togetherness.” This theme reflects our desire to unite in promoting peace, love, and friendship through flowers. Just like petals coming together to form one beautiful bloom, we—members from different countries—come together as one Asian region. And beyond that, we join the whole Ikebana International family in one voice: Friendship through Flowers.
We are deeply honored to welcome Headmaster Hiroki Ohara, Iemoto of the Ohara School, as our Principal Guest Master. His Grand Demonstration will surely be a highlight of the event.
We hope you will join us in experiencing the warmth of Filipino hospitality and the natural beauty of our islands.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fee
To request a cancellation, a written notice must be submitted to 16.arcmanilachapter@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed after the conference based on the following schedule:
✿ On or before 01 Apr 2026:
85% of the registration fee will be refunded
✿ On or before 01 Jul 2026:
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
✿ After 01 Jul 2026:
No refund will be issued
